No. Xoven DNS only changes how certain DNS names resolve. It never creates a VPN interface on your phone, which is exactly why apps can't detect it the way they block VPNs.
No. Because there's no VPN interface and each app's own real TLS certificate is passed through end-to-end, the connection looks identical to a normal one.
